João teaches Fitball classes twice a week, using Swiss balls, dumbbells and barbells within a fun and energetic class involving a wide variety of exercise movements designed to help clients to improve strength, lose fat, increase balance or develop cardio endurance.  It’s a class designed for people of all abilities but can become more challenging if desired.
